I am writing about what I need for a soccer game/practice. This is what I need before a soccer game.
I need to get a really good rest, have a healthy breakfast, get soccer shoes, shin-pads and a water bottle. I can also stretch before a soccer game. This is what I need when I am at the soccer game.
Listen to the coach, talk with other players before a game,get opened and pass.
